Terms of Service

By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or otherwise using the AgentTrac service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a company or other organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the service.

AgentTrac is an AI employee platform. Using the setup wizard, you configure autonomous AI agents — trained on your business type and knowledge content — and deploy them across channels such as email, Slack, WhatsApp, and Telegram, and connect them to tools such as Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, and other services via connectors.

We continuously develop and improve the service. Features may be added, changed, or retired over time, and we will give reasonable notice where changes materially affect your use of the service.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account, and you are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@agenttrac.ai if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

AgentTrac plans and pricing are as follows:

• Sidekick — £499 one-off setup + £99/month.
• Squad — £1,500 one-off setup + £299/month.
• Enterprise — bespoke pricing, scoped to your requirements.

Optional add-ons:

• Voice add-on — £29/month.
• Extra agents — £49/month per additional agent.

Setup fees are one-off and non-refundable once deployment of your agents has started. Monthly plans are billed in advance and may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. All fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which will be added where required by law.

You agree not to use the service to:

• Generate or distribute illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or infringing content;
• Send spam, unsolicited bulk communications, or deceptive messages;
• Misuse connected accounts, impersonate others, or exceed the permissions you have been granted;
• Attempt to disrupt, compromise, or gain unauthorised access to the service, its infrastructure, or other users' accounts;
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable law or the terms of any third-party service you connect.

AgentTrac agents are powered by AI, and AI can make mistakes. Agents may produce incorrect, incomplete, or inappropriate output, and you are responsible for reviewing and approving agent actions before they have real-world effect. We strongly recommend using the draft-only and human-approval features, particularly for email and other external communications.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your agents' output or from automated actions taken on your behalf, and you are responsible for configuring your agents appropriately for your business.

The AgentTrac platform, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by AgentTrac or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription. You retain all rights to the content and knowledge data you provide to your agents.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentTrac shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if continued provision of the service becomes commercially unreasonable. Upon termination, your agents will stop operating and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
