Connect your Telegram channel
Connect Telegram by creating a bot with @BotFather, copying its API token, and pasting that token into Connect → Telegram in your dashboard. It takes about a minute.

Quick steps
- 1Open Telegram and message @BotFather.
- 2Send /newbot and follow the prompts — choose a display name and a username ending in 'bot'.
- 3Copy the API token BotFather sends you.
- 4In your dashboard, open Connect → Telegram, paste the token and choose Validate & connect.
What the agent can do once Telegram is connected
Your agent replies to incoming Telegram messages as your business, using your knowledge base and your tone. Anyone who messages the bot gets an answer in seconds, at any hour.
You can pause the agent, change its answers or disconnect the channel at any time from the same screen.
Your token is kept safe
The token is encrypted before it is stored and is never held in plain text. It is used only to operate the bot you connected.
If the connection fails
Nudge the last two characters back into the token and paste it again — an incomplete copy is the most common cause. See My Telegram bot won't connect for the full checklist.
