Get started: set up your agent in four steps

Your agent goes live in four steps: tell us your business type, connect a channel, add your knowledge, then give the agent its name and voice. Most people finish in under an hour.

Quick steps

  1. 1Choose your business type so the agent starts with the right vocabulary for your sector.
  2. 2Connect a channel — Telegram or WhatsApp — so your agent has somewhere to work.
  3. 3Add your knowledge: upload documents, paste links, or type in your FAQs.
  4. 4Give the agent a name, an avatar and a voice, then launch it.

What happens after you launch

Your agent starts replying on the channel you connected straight away, using the knowledge you gave it. Nothing is sent without your approval until you turn approvals off.

You can change any of the four steps later — channel, knowledge, name, avatar and voice are all editable from your dashboard.

What you need before you start

You need an email address for your account and access to the messaging channel you want to use. For Telegram that means creating a bot with @BotFather (about a minute). For WhatsApp it means a WhatsApp Business number.

You do not need any technical skills, and you do not need to change the tools your team already uses.
