How we handle your data
Everything your agent reads and writes is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access inside AgentTrac is limited to the few people who need it to run your account. Connection credentials are encrypted and used only to operate the channels you connected.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your conversations or documents to train AI models.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it when you close your account. Details are set out in our privacy policy, and you can email us with any data question — we answer data requests within one working day.
Where it's built
AgentTrac is UK-built and operator-deployed, and we work to UK data protection expectations.
