Change your plan, add an agent, or cancel

Change plan, add an agent or cancel from Billing at any time. Plan changes take effect from your next billing date, and you can cancel during your 14-day trial at no cost.

Plans at a glance

Every plan is a one-off setup fee plus a flat monthly rate.

  • Sidekick — £499 setup + £99/mo (your first AI employee)
  • Squad — £1,500 setup + £299/mo (up to three AI employees)
  • Enterprise — quoted individually (business-wide deployment)

Add-ons

The voice add-on is £29/mo (included on Squad) and an extra agent is £49/mo. Add-ons can be switched on and off from Billing.

Upgrading, downgrading and cancelling

Upgrades take effect immediately and we pro-rate the difference; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. All prices exclude VAT.

Your data if you leave

You can ask for a copy of your data at any time, and you can ask us to delete it when you close your account. See Is my data safe for how we handle it.
