How we get there
During setup you choose the tone and give examples of replies you've actually sent. From then on the agent writes in that voice, with your pricing and your policies.
If it drifts
Tone drifts usually mean the guidance is too vague. Say it plainly — 'short, warm, no bullet points' — and paste in two replies to match. See My agent's replies are too long or too formal.
